This is a “get-your-feet-wet” course that will give agents a chance to actually use the Microsoft Office applications. Using Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, class members will create basic documents to experience Microsoft Office applications and explore possibilities.

MICROSOFT WORD

3 HRS/$60 - 3 HRS CE CREDIT
Agents will learn to create professional documents quickly and how to navigate Microsoft Word to obtain the distinctive results needed for their agency. The course shows how MSWord is much more than an electronic typewriter; with features such as templates, mail merge for mass mailings & emailing, you can get results in-house that would take a publishing house days to complete.

MICROSOFT OUTLOOK

3 HRS/$60 - 3 HRS CE CREDIT
Outlook is much more than email. Outlook can manage everything from client appointments to your own list of important tasks. With Outlook you can stay in touch with clients through reminders, emailing, faxes, and electronic business cards called “V-Cards”. Outlook can automatically send responses to incoming email if you are out of the office. Stay in touch with clients or potential clients on a daily basis. Let us show you how!

Why not create your own publications in-house? With the information learned in this course, you can create professional publications without having to go for outside help. With Publisher you can easily create advertising material such as postcards, handouts, door hangers, information sheets. By using the merge capabilities, you can send mass emails and regular mass mailings.
